China

It seems China is not too happy with our war on terror. Well, some of it isn't. They see our increasing presence in the region as a potential threat to them, like any good paranoid communist, even though that just happens to be where the terrorists happen to be! ::gasp:: Some see this as an opportunity, though. With our attentions focused elsewhere, they can build themselves up without having to worry about us bothering them too much. They may be way behind us technologically, but they are catching up VERY quickly. We still need to remember that Regan only got rid of one of the Evil Empires.
